Develop confidence in painting the human face! The face is an exciting study but many students find it challenging and intimidating. In our class course, over a period of weeks, you will be able to create fully realized portraits on canvas. This is a great class for observational skills, you are free to work from the personal subject matter: photos and pictures of loved ones or faces of people you admire or who capture your imagination. This is an excellent class for students working on portfolios and thinking about a career in the visual arts who are building up a body of work or for beginners up to a challenge! Return students are very welcome in this class. In this course we will:

 

Class Requirements

  • Our online classes start & end as advertised. We will lock all meetings 15 minutes after start time, if you have not joined by that time, you will not be able to enter the class and will not be eligible to reschedule your class. We are sorry but we have to be strict about this, but because of the nature of online teaching, late students disrupt the whole class flow & experience for others.
