Hi! My name Is Andy and I come from Rome, Italy. I found my path in India, some years ago. Yoga for me is a way to pay attention to subtle, yet essential aspect of Life. I don't neglect the Physical part, which Is the gate for deeper perceptions. You cannot talk about yoga without talking of anatomy. The type of yoga I teach Is therapeutic, with some movements taken from QI Gong that are perfect to warm up your body and keep it young and healthy.
