Mindfulness is proven to reduce stress, help depression, decrease anxiety, improve happiness, and overall well-being. Unlike impersonal “one size fits all” programs consisting of pre-recorded lessons, and canned exercises, you’ll receive a personalized program designed specifically for you. The program includes an analysis of your strengths, areas to work on, and a mindfulness roadmap along with practices to help you create deeper, more satisfying connections and conversations with more people.
There is no cost or obligation for the first meeting. We’ll map your natural strengths and areas to work on, and I’ll give you a few mindfulness and communications assignments you can start with right away that fit where you are in your journey.
