Have you ever had the feeling there were some underlying dynamics taking place in a work situation and you didn’t have a clue about what was happening? Your body is actually sending you messages that you might find difficult to interpret and act upon.

“Interoceptive awareness is the ability to identify, access, understand, and respond appropriately to the patterns of internal signals – provides a distinct advantage to engage in life challenges and on-going adjustments” (Craig, 2015).

During your four individual, 1-on-1 (1:1) sessions you will learn to increase your awareness of these internal signals, develop a vocabulary for describing them, and learn effective behaviors which will increase your capacity to respond.

How does it Work?

There are total of 4 Sessions and each session is 1.5 Hrs long. Before purchase, you’ll receive a link to schedule the meeting, during which time we will schedule the 4 Sessions on a mutual agreed day and time.
