At Creatively WILD Art Studio, we aim to create a sacred place to work and play. We are a safe nurturing non- judgmental environment, where people can express themselves, through artistic freedom and relaxation of authentic self-expression as they contribute to the world around them. We want your experience to be a happy joyful one at our studio, if there is anything you need please reach out to us, we design our experience around your needs and goals and want you to get the most out of your time with us.
We offer discounted Class PKS for all our in-person & online courses according to our calendar program. We also offer individual day sign ups in most courses (where available) however we strongly recommend signing up for a full course session if you are interested in receiving a comprehensive learning experience in your chosen media, as you will need to follow the class curriculum to learn your craft. Full Class courses meet once a week over the course of one month or two (your choice), with discounts included and the more classes you sign up for the bigger your save.
Individual Day Sign Ups
We offer single day sign up options for those who cannot commit to our monthly, o schedule. Please note these are offered as a fun taster activity or introduction to the media. We do not guarantee you will finish a project in one session, particularly if you are working on a more involved or challenging media (like an Oil Painting for example). Or if you are signing up for a Digital Art Class, it is not possible to teach the full technique in one sitting- more classes will be needed. Furthermore, you may not get the class project finished. We recommend signing up for full class course to truly benefit from the tuition we offer. It is simply not possible to teach everything in one session.
Full payment is required in order to reserve a spot in the class or program of your choice. Select the class of your choice on our website, choose the Class PKG in the drop down menu, and a registration form will pop up, after you have filled that out, it will lead you to Checkout. Once you make your payment you will receive a registration confirmation from our studio with all the details you will need.
In-person class cancellations
CWAS is not responsible for issuing refunds for any missed classes. In the event that you need to postpone a registered class (CLASS PKG or single day sign up), please notify us by email at least 48 hours in advance of your class. If notification of cancellation is NOT made within 48 hours, you will be charged for your session regardless of your non-attendance.
If you’re looking for a refund or class credit for a full class PKG, you will need to back out of the class at least a full week before it starts. We would need to receive notification of this in writing by email. This might seem strict but due to COVID-19 high cancellation rates and unpredictability, and since our spots are limited and teachers are booked in advance, so as a small business it is simply not possible for us to deal with last-minute bailings. We hope you understand we cannot run our classes according to student’s personal schedules. We recommend individual class sign ups for anyone with a tricky schedule, or for those who wish to try a class before committing to a full class course.
If you cancel your session in time, we can either credit you for the remaining sessions (valid for 6 months from the date of your original enrollment) or refund you, minus the admin fee of $75.
We do not offer refunds on single day sign ups, but if we receive notification in time (at least 48 hrs in advance) we can reschedule the class for you. Re-scheduling options will be offered in other classes that have available spots and will not be issued after an enrollment period ends, rescheduling will not carry over into a new semester, so please do not email us after your class course is over.
PLEASE NOTE during the ongoing crisis, if a class course is cancelled due to situations beyond our control, for example severe restrictions by the government or further lockdowns, CWAS will not be issuing any refunds, instead you will be offered the option of transferring your session to an ONLINE activity, or rescheduling to a later date after restrictions are lifted. We will also offer you the option of a credit which will be valid for one year from date of purchase and used on any of our upcoming classes or activities, you will also have the option to transfer this credit into a Gift Certificate to gift to someone if you prefer.
In-person camp cancellation
We do not offer refunds on any of our in-person camps. Due to Covid, spots are extremely limited, so once you register, if you decide not to attend or don’t show up, it means we cannot release the spot to another camper on our list so you will be charged and marked as a no show.
If you need to cancel your enrollment in a camp, please let us know at least 1 week in advance. We can issue you with a credit minus the admin fee $25/single camp day, or $75/Full Camp 1 WK Camp PKG. If notification of cancellation is NOT received within this time period, we will not be able to issue you with a credit and you will be charged for your session regardless of your non-attendance.
If you need to re-schedule your scheduled camp date(s) please email the studio your request at least 48 hrs in advance so we can release the spot to another camper. We will do our best to schedule you in an upcoming camp that has availability.
Please note regarding notifications and request to re-schedule or cancel, we do not accept last minute phone calls or texts, or any verbal notification to any member of our staff. All requests for rescheduling or any special requests must be received in writing by email as per above directions.
PLEASE NOTE during the ongoing crisis, if an in-person camp is cancelled due to situations beyond our control, for example severe restrictions by the government & further lockdowns. CWAS will not be issuing refunds, instead you will be offered the option of transferring your camp session to an ONLINE activity, or rescheduling to a later date after restrictions are lifted. We will also offer you the option of a credit which will be valid for one year from date of purchase and used on any of our upcoming classes or activities, you will also have the option to transfer this credit into a Gift Certificate to gift to someone if you prefer.

Each online course is available for virtual “remote” learning to anyone with access to an internet connection and a device with a microphone (Laptop, computer or tablet).
After signing up for a class you will receive a link via email to join the class via Zoom. You will need to download the FREE Zoom App to your device prior to class time.
