Upon registration, you will get a Zoom ID. You can ask your questions toward the end of the class.

    Mukti’s cooking class was a wonderful experience and worth every penny! I was looking for a fun and memorable way to surprise my friend (who LOVES Indian food, and food in general) for her birthday and she and her husband and I had an amazing afternoon, learning far more than we anticipated. The skills Mukti teaches are not only relevant to the recipes she is teaching but will influence how you cook everything for the rest of your life. I was so impressed, she was so kind and welcoming and patient, and we had a bonding experience that we will keep in our hearts forever. I can also honestly say, Mukti has ruined any chance that I will ever crave store-bought frozen Indian again. The meal we made and shared at the end of class was one of the best I’ve ever eaten – the spices! I can’t wait to share my new cooking skills with my friends and family. Thank you, Mukti!

    Our cooking class was a hoot. We cooked Coastal Shrimp, Chicken Tikka, Lamb Kabobs, dahl, and more. We learned techniques, how to use whole spices, and especially for me, I learned that I was doing more work than necessary. For example, I can use all of the cilantro without having to cut the stems. The class was packed with new information, but it was too much fun to feel overwhelming. And I had no idea you can grind dahl and use it instead of a grain filler. Mukti is a delightful person, who made us all feel comfortable in her kitchen. She is clearly having a good time teaching these classes.
